Due to preparing to move back to the Home Store on West 5th Street we will 
temporarily stop taking clothing donations on Friday, March 10, 2017.
 
We will resume taking clothing donations at a later date to be announced. 

We will continue to take donations of household items and furniture 
 Monday - Friday from 10am - 4pm and Saturdays from 10am - 1pm.

MOVE

We will temporarily stop serving the public with clothing, toiletries and cleaning supplies on Friday, March 10, 2017. We will resume service of this kind at a later date to be announced. 

Our Emergency Assistance and Food Pantry programs will continue to serve folks until further notice. 

Please call 910-738-5204 or come to 1401 Starlite Drive to complete a volunteer packet and sign up for sorting and packing goods to be moved to the Home Store at 590 West 5th Street. 

We hope to open the Home Store on Monday, April 1, 2017.

We continue to need volunteers to help us repair our offices at 600 West 5th Street and the Home Store at 590 West 5th Street. Please call Kelly Hunt at 910-734-3628 ONLY if you would like to help with clean up and repair.

Our Food Pantry is OPEN!
Monday - Friday from 10am - 1pm
except the third Thursday which is our TFAP (gov't commodities) give away day. 
Bring your picture ID & Social Security Card for all the adults in the home and, either Medicaid card or Birth Certificate for all the children in the home.

Our greatest needs at this time are: 
  • TOWELS (bath, hand, & face)
  •  TOILETRY SUPPLIES (deodorant, shampoo, men & women's disposable razors, hair brushes & combs, toothpaste, mouthwash),
  •  CLEANING SUPPLIES (brooms, mops, buckets, paper towels, toilet paper),
  •  Laundry detergent
  • Underwear, jeans and tops for XXX > large ladies,
  • Clothes for elementary and middle school size children.
